<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of preventing upsizing of an image forming apparatus main body and positional deviation of optical parts caused by twist of a side plate while providing closed space in the frame of the main body. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus equipped with a laser scanner device 5 which radiates a laser beam so as to form an electrostatic latent image on the surface of a photoreceptor drum 1, the frame of the apparatus main body is equipped with a front side plate 20 and a rear side plate 21 provided to be opposed to each other, and a plurality of plate-like supporting members 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 coupling both side plates between both side plates. By coupling the plurality of plate-like supporting members 23, 24 and 25 each other, the closed space is formed by both side plates and the plurality of plate-like supporting members 23, 24 and 25 coupled each other, and also the laser scanner device 5 is arranged inside the closed space. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
