A power supply circuit of an MCU(Motor Control Unit) is provided to remove the durability weakening of the MCU and the reason of the malfunction by preventing the MCU from suddenly stopping. A power supply circuit of an MCU(Motor Control Unit) is composed of a first switch(1) turned on by the on-signal from an ignition switch(11), a second switch(2) turned on by the on-signal from the first switch, a regulator(12) driven by receiving the power from a battery(3) if the second switch is turned on, and the MCU(13) which is reset by the reset signal from the regulator and is driven with the VCC voltage from the regulator. The MCU is composed of a power control terminal(4) and an ignition monitoring terminal(5). |
