PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, in regard to a horny layer hyaluronic acid production accelerator and an external dermatological preparation, a cosmetic, and a quasi-drug containing the horny layer hyaluronic acid production accelerator, a horny layer hyaluronic acid production accelerator being stable in a formulation, enhancing an effect of increasing the amount of hyaluronic acid in the horny layer, and exhibiting such effect of increasing the amount of hyaluronic acid even in very low concentration and an external dermatological preparation, a cosmetic, and a quasi-drug containing the horny layer hyaluronic acid production accelerator. SOLUTION: The horny layer hyaluronic acid production accelerator is characterized by containing a platinum nanocolloid. The external dermatological preparation, the skin cosmetic, and the quasi-drug are characterized by containing the horny layer hyaluronic acid production accelerator containing the platinum nanocolloid.
