PURPOSE: A colored photosensitive resin composition is provided to effectively suppress surface defects or surface roughening of a film when decompressing the film. CONSTITUTION: A colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, a coloring agent, and a solvent. The solvent includes at least one low-boiling-point solvent with a boiling point of less than 170°C under an atmospheric pressure, at least one first high-boiling-point solvent with a boiling point of 170°C or less and less than 180°C under an atmospheric pressure, and at least one second high-boiling-point solvent with a boiling point of 180°C or less under an atmospheric pressure.
