PURPOSE: A capacity control valve of a variable capacity type compressor is provided to control torque and discharging capacity by using the differential pressure between a discharge room and an intake room, and equilibrium of force relation between solenoid and bellows. CONSTITUTION: A capacity control valve of a variable capacity type compressor comprises a valve housing(110), a valve body(120), a electronic solenoid(130), and a bellows(160). The valve housing comprises a crank-case connection hole(112), an ejection room connection hole(113), and a first guide hole. The first guide hole passes through the ejection room connection hole and crank-case connection hole. The valve body opens and closes the inlet of the first guide hole. The electronic solenoid reciprocates the valve body. The bellows is fixed in the opposite side of the electronic solenoid of the valve body.
