1. A method of treating rhinitis in a subject in need thereof comprising:
administering to the subject a therapeutic preparation comprising C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) or B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) as the active ingredient, wherein the therapeutic preparation is a nasal drop preparation, and wherein a concentration of the C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) or the B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) is 10-500 μg/g in the therapeutic preparation, wherein CNP is selected from the group of consisting of CNP-22 and CNP-53, wherein the sequence of CNP-22 is SEQ ID NO: 1 and the sequence of CNP-53 is SEQ ID NO: 22, wherein BNP is selected from the group of consisting of BNP-26, BNP-32 and BNP-45, and wherein BNP-32 is SEQ ID NO: 2, the sequence of BNP-26 is SEQ ID NO: 23 and the sequence of BNP-45 is SEQ ID NO: 24 or SEQ ID NO: 25.
