PURPOSE: A food receptacle sealing device is provided to improve the expiration date of foods by sealing the inside of the food receptacle with air when nitrogen gas is injected. CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen charging nozzle is deeply inserted into a food receptacle through a gap opened between a food receptacle and a lid film and nitrogen gas is injected into the inside of the food receptacle. The sealing device comprises a conveyor(100), a lid film supply part(200), a first sealing device(300), a nitrogen gas supplier(400), a second sealing device(500), a third sealing device(600), a cooling device(700) and a cutter(800). The first sealing device seals a food receptacle except a part of the rim of the food receptacle. The second sealing device seals the opening of the food receptacle substituted by nitrogen gas.
