PURPOSE: A diffuser for a ventilator having a noise prevention unit is provided to implement quiet indoor environment by absorbing the noises of cooling-and-heating air supply. CONSTITUTION: A diffuser for a ventilator comprises a diffuser body(100) and a noise absorbing block. The diffuser body has an air supply port(110). The noise absorbing block is connected to the open bottom of the diffuser body to block the noise of air flowing into an indoor place, and includes a frame(210), a sound-absorbing material(220) which is filled inside the frame, a perforated screen(230), and a support stand(240) which is fixed to the air supply port of diffuser body.
