PURPOSE: A cosmetic method for improving skin whitening and anti-wrinkle is provided to effectively transfer skin tissue and suppress pigmentation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic method for skin whitening and anti-wrinkle comprises: a step of applying a first whitening composition on the skin; a step of massaging skin with the massager; and a step of applying second anti-wrinkle composition on the skin. The first skin whitening composition is applied with indocyanine green. The first skin whitening composition contains European chestnut extracts, ascorbyl glucoside(AA2G) or bread yeast extract as an active ingredient. The second anti-wrinkle composition contains Medicago sativa extract, rye extract or adenosine as an active ingredient.
