PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for automatically changing a telephone number stored in a mobile terminal in order to automatically change the telephone number of the user are provided to automatically vary the telephone number saved in the mobile communications terminal. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(108) performs a communication with a mobile communication terminal. A controller(106) transmits changing phone number information in a client phone number database(110). The controller varies the telephone number of the customer phone number database. The controller transmits the telephone number of the customer phone number database through the communications unit to the mobile communications terminal so that the telephone number of the mobile communications terminal be changed.
