<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic control apparatus with a simple configuration and having a high effect of preventing entry of a liquid. <P>SOLUTION: A housing 10 has an opening and a bottom, and is formed like a case. A lid 20 is formed like a plate, and seals the opening of the housing 10 to form an housing space between itself and the housing 10. Claws 11 fix the lid 20 to the housing 10. A controller is formed on the housing space. On the surface opposite to the housing space, the bottom 13 or the lid 20 of the housing 10 has a liquid dripping area 100 in which the liquid drip is expected, and a flow pathway forming part 261 formed so that the liquid of the liquid dripping area 100 flows down to avoid the claws 17, 18.
