<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve long-period reliability more by suppressing deterioration of a substance constituting a power generation cell without being adversely affected by diffusion of a substance in a substrate of a solar cell. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to an operating method of a solar cell power generation system including a solar cell panel 10a including a solar cell module provided on the substrate, a solar cell panel array 10 having a plurality of solar cell panels including the solar cell panel 10a, and an electric power control unit 20 of an insulation transformer system that converts first electric power generated by the solar cell panel 10a into desired second electric power, wherein a ground voltage at a minus-side terminal of the solar cell panel array is held at a positive value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
