<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device minimizing variations in chromaticity with respect to each light emitting device by adjusting the chromaticity in a production stage. <P>SOLUTION: The light emitting device 100 includes an LED chip 60 formed on a ceramic substrate 10 and a seal for embedding the LED chip 60, wherein the seal contains a fluorescent-substance and it is separated into a first fluorescent-substance-containing resin layer 40 and a second fluorescent-substance-containing resin layer 50 by a first resin ring 20 and a second resin ring 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
