The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition and a wet tissue comprising the antibacterial composition and, more specifically, to an antibacterial composition comprising 5 to 20% by weight of P-anisic acid, 10 to 40% by weight of glycerin, 0.5 to 6% by weight of base, 1 to 10% by weight of caprylic monoglyceride (CMG) and 30 to 50% by weight of water, and a wet tissue comprising the antibacterial composition. The present invention provides: an antibacterial composition which does not cause skin irritation and is harmless to the human body so as to be suitable for a wet tissue that is frequently in contact with the human body by replacing conventional preservatives having side effects such as skin irritation; and a wet tissue comprising the antibacterial composition. |
