An OGS touchscreen (00, 01) and a manufacturing method therefor, and an OGS touch device. The OGS touchscreen (00, 01) comprises: a substrate (001); a first p-ITO array (002), formed on a display region of the substrate (001), wherein the first p-ITO array (002) comprises multiple first p-ITO touch electrodes (0021); and a second p-ITO array (003), disposed on the first p-ITO array (002), wherein the second p-ITO array (003) comprises multiple second p-ITO touch electrodes (0031), and a distance between any two adjacent first p-ITO touch electrodes (0021) in the first p-ITO array (002) is less than a distance between any two adjacent second p-ITO touch electrodes (0031) in the second p-ITO array (003). Manufacturing costs of the OGS touchscreen are reduced on the basis of eliminating patterns of ITO touch electrodes on the OGS touchscreen. |
