A flow passage member is used in a liquid ejecting head including an ejecting unit. The ejecting unit communicates with a self-sealing unit which is a negative pressure generation mechanism. The flow passage member includes a flow passage internal pressure adjustment mechanism that adjusts a pressure inside a flow passage between the self-sealing unit and the ejecting unit by changing a volume of the flow passage on a way of the flow passage and a flow passage opening and closing mechanism that opens and closes the flow passage on a way of a flow passage between the self-sealing unit and the flow passage internal pressure adjustment mechanism.

1. A liquid ejecting head comprising:
a first flexible member that is displaceable according to a fluid supplied from a fluid supply source; a second flexible member that is displaceable; a first substrate stacked between the first flexible member and the second flexible member in a stacking direction; a second substrate provided with a concave, the concave sealed by the second flexible member and configured as a part of a flow path of a liquid; and an ejecting unit configured to eject the liquid via the flow path, wherein the first flexible member and the second flexible member are configured to overlap at least partially when viewed in the stacking direction.
