PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule preparation that reduces creation of a decomposed product of nalfurafine hydrochloride, and contains nalfurafine hydrochloride stably for a long period of time, and a manufacturing method of the capsule preparation.SOLUTION: A capsule preparation in which capsule content liquid, which contains nalfurafine hydrochloride, phytic acid or salt thereof and base agent, is coated by film is manufactured. A manufacturing method of the capsule preparation comprises: (a) a process of dissolving nalfurafine hydrochloride into buffer solution or water to prepare nalfurafine hydrochloride liquid concentrate; (b) a process of mixing the nalfurafine hydrochloride liquid concentrate, phytic acid or salt thereof and base agent to prepare capsule content liquid; and (c) a process of coating the capsule content liquid by film.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
