<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal transfer image receiving sheet which can improve image density of a printed matter while maintaining various performances, such as coating aptitude and mold releasability even when forming a plurality of layers by a simultaneous multilayer coating method. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal transfer image receiving sheet has a base material, and a porous layer, a primer layer and a receiving layer on the base material, wherein the receiving layer contains a resin and a hydrophilic binder, the content of the hydrophilic binder in the receiving layer is 0.1 mass% or less based on the total solid content mass of the resin and the hydrophilic binder, and all layers constituting a section between the porous layer and the receiving layer are formed by a water based paint simultaneous multilayer coating method. Image density of a printed matter can be improved while maintaining various performances, such as coating aptitude and mold releasability by using a thermal transfer image receiving sheet which satisfies the composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
