Disclosed is a surface water drainage system comprising a top piece (10) which is shaped in such a way that surface water or similar liquid can be accepted and be transferred, via discharge ports, into a drainage pipe (20) located below the top piece. According to the invention, the top piece (10) is connected to the drainage pipe (20) by means of a cast concrete compound (30) such that a standard member is formed.
