PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-proofing device having a novel structure which can connect one side member constituting a vibration transmission system and a first attachment member irrespective of a relative positional relation, has a sufficient strength and size accuracy and allows an inner bracket to be easily manufactured.SOLUTION: A separated spacer member 72 is overlapped with an attachment main body 70 in which an attachment part 62 disposed on the extended tip of a support part 60 in an inner bracket 14 is formed integrally with the support part 60, in a direction different from the extension direction of the support part 60 and has such a structure that the attachment part main body 70 and the spacer member 72 are connected with each other by means of a temporary fastening means. Further, an attachment bolts 100 are inserted through a plurality of bolt holes which penetrate the attachment part main body 70 and the spacer member 72 in the overlapping direction, thereby, the attachment part 60 of the inner bracket 14 is attached to one side member 102 constituting a vibration transmission system and, at the same time, the attachment part main body 70 and the spacer member 72 are fastened to each other. |
