A process for preparation of alternative liquid and solid fuel from exhausted automobile tires and general mechanical rubber goods comprises charging of raw material into hermetic chamber with external heater, thermal destruction of initial raw material with production of fixed residue and gas-vapor mixture, rectification of gas-vapor mixture with removing of gas mixture and liquid fuel component, clarification of gas component from detrimental impurities, cooling of nondegradable fixed residue by cooling agent, discharging of nondegradable fixed residue from hermetic chamber, with its subsequent separation and isolation of metallic and other inclusions, using of gas, produced during separation, as a fuel for external heater. According to the invention, thermal destruction of raw material is realized in vacuum medium, vapor is used as a cooling agent, and cooling agent singly influence on the nondegradable fixed residue with subsequent its using as a solid fuel. |
