<p>In a transmitter mounted on a mobile station for communicating with a base station, a transmission power amplifying section is formed by a plurality of amplifiers (1, 2, 3), and a plurality of switch circuits (21, 22, 23) are connected to the outputs of the amplifiers, respectively.
