The invention relates to devices for the treatment of liquid mediums with influence to the treated medium of magnetic and acoustic fields and can be used in heat-power engineering. A magnetoacoustic activator comprises the body with the inlet and outlet nozzles, solenoid, fixed outside the body and connected to the current source, core with ends of final form, placed axially symmetric along the axis of the body and made of magnetic material in a form of intermetallic compound neodymium-ferrum-boron with partial substitution of neodymium by terbium, besides the portion of terbium makes up from 5 to 9 % by weight from content of neodymium in the mentioned intermetallic compound. The core is magnetized along its axis. The current source is made in a form of generator of impulse frequency-modulated current within the range of frequencies of 21…25 khz, besides deviation of frequency is carried out at regular repeating time interval of 50…60 s. By means of action of magnetic and acoustic fields the essential change of properties of the treated medium is achieved at simultaneous simplification of the device structure.
