Each of lateral guide side surface 13 of a flow dividing guide body 7 is smoothly continued to the inside surface part closer to the center of a piston of the inside surface of each lateral recessed chamber 5. The upper surface 16 of the guide body 7 is formed in a horizontal plane parallel to and flushed with the piston upper surface 4.
