PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect a connecting terminal including seal with good workability, and to ensure high sealing performance required for an automobile, if necessary. SOLUTION: Plural connecting terminals 23 are covered by a housing 24 in a waterproof state except for opening portion 25 thereof. By gripping the housing 24, plural connecting terminals 23 are dealt with together. While connecting these connecting terminals 23 to exterior connecting pins through the opening 25, the housing 24 is put over an interior/exterior connecting terminal portion 4 and attached to a container 1. By this attachment, the opening portion 25 of the housing 24 is press-contacted with an outer surface of the container 1 directly or through a sealing member 27, thereby sealing a clearance with the container 1.
