PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectilinear motion guide device facilitating the molding of a resin circulating passage constitution part as a separate body constitution from a moving member body, securing continuity of a connecting part of the circulating passage constitution parts, and incorporated in the moving member body. SOLUTION: Connecting parts between loading ball passage constitution parts 521 and 521 and a pair of direction converting passage internal circumference guide constitution parts 522 and 522 are integrally formed to constitute an integral resin frame 524. A pair of resin pipes 523 and 523 can be incorporated in the block body 513 as separate bodies.
