A method for diagnosis of the possible disturbances of cardiac rhythm and conduction in children with systemic connective tissue dysplasia comprises the determination of clinical features, parameters of vegetative homeostasis, echocardiographic criteria, parameters of rhytmcardiography and heart rate variability. The exchange of biochemical markers of connective tissue exchange are determined, each prognostic indicator is provided with a coefficient to calculate the algebraic sum, and when the threshold is achieved the probable nature of a course is stated. |
