PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an equipment cost and improve product quality in a laser brazing method. SOLUTION: The laser brazing method includes a preheating step and a laser brazing step. In the preheating step, an electrode wheel 21 is rolled along an edge part 11 of a sheet metal while pushing the electrode wheel 21 against the edge part 11 of the sheet metal or the other sheet metal 12, and power is applied through the electrode wheel 21 between both sheet metals 11, 12 to be brazed while bringing the edge part 11 of the sheet metal into pressurized-contact with the other sheet metal 12, so that the edge part 11 of the sheet metal and the other sheet metal 12 are preheated. In the laser brazing step, a brazing filler metal 14 is supplied to a portion where heat is generated in the preheating step, and the edge part 11 of the sheet metal is brazed by applying a laser beam 32 to the portion.
