PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein burr or the like is formed to a placing part when a substrate for a blue-lay disk or a disk substrate similar thereto is molded, especially a center hole is bored in the disk substrate or a post treatment process for treating burr is required. SOLUTION: When the disk substrate D1 is molded within the cavity 14 formed between a movable mold 12 in which a stamper 16 for forming an information area D3 and a male cutter 21 for boring the center hole D2 in the disk substrate D1 are arranged and a fixed mold 13 in which a female cutter 27 is arranged, the male cutter 21 is advanced toward the inner peripheral hole 27c of the female cutter 27 to be fitted thereto after a molten resin is injected and charged in the cavity and the disk substrate D1 having the placing part D4 wherein a burr is not protruded from an inner peripheral side horizontal surface D10 is molded on the side of the same one surface as the information area D3 in which a track pitch of 0.010-0.040μm is formed.
