PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article shelf apparatus capable of preventing the complication of manufacture work and the damages of articles to be taken in and out, and to perform interconnection or connection to a fixing body without degrading an appearance quality. SOLUTION: An upper horizontal frame member 112 defines a groove-like recessed part 112A5 opened outward and downward and covered with a second beam part 112A3 at the upper part, and an outer side face panel 20 has an upper end edge plate part 22a which is extended from the upper edge part of a panel body 21 covering the outer side face of an outer frame 10 toward the inner part of a housing space 14 and defines a joint 30 with the lower surface of the second beam part 112A3. At the second beam part 112A3, a female threaded hole 112A6, whose one end is closed and the other end is opened at the groove-like recessed part 112A5 and which holds a connection bracket 40 when threadedly engaging an attaching bolt 17 in a state of inserting the connection bracket 40 to the joint 30, is formed. The lower surface of the head part of the attaching bolt 17 threadedly engaged through the connection bracket 40 is arranged above the lower surface of an upper member 11.
