A luminescence non-slip device is provided to operate a lamp by the control of a PCB inserted into the space of the main body of the non-slip device where an upper frame and a lower frame are coupled with each other. A luminescence non-slip device includes an upper frame(60) and a lower frame(70). The upper frame is equipped with a sip prevention portion(40). A generator(140) and a magnet(160) are arranged inside a space(80) where the upper frame and the lower frame are coupled with each other. The generator converts kinetic energy generated from a human or a vehicle into electrical energy. The generator and the magnet are connected through a cable(120). A lamp(180) is turned on/off by a PCB(100).
