PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with concealing function for a return-paid card which can guarantee confidentiality of the information filled in the respective information areas when returned for reply. SOLUTION: The return-paid card includes a posting part 5, returning part 7, and the sheet 6 with concealing function in a series via folding parts 8, 9. The return-paid card is Z-folded for reply so that the respective overlapped surfaces are releasably adhered to each other. For reply, the sheet 6 is folded and releasably adhered to the returning part 7 to conceal the information area. The sheet 6 includes an adhesive layer 63 for overlappingly adhering to the return part 7 for reply, a releasable layer 61 overlying the surface of the sheet 6, and a quasi-adhesive layer 62 interposed between the release layer 61 and the adhesive layer 63, and a separate sheet 10 which covers the surface of the adhesive layer 63 and is peeled off when the return part 7 is adhered for reply. The adhesion force between the quasi-adhesive layer 62 and the release layer 61 is smaller than that between the quasi-adhesive layer 62 and the adhesive layer 63, and that between the adhesive layer 63 and the return part 7.
