PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade unit for a slitter constituted by concentrically fixing an annular blade to an annular blade holder having a rotary driving shaft fixing screw via a plurality of blade fixing screws axially penetrating through the blade holder and extended to a body part of the blade and capable of easily correcting lateral run-out of a cutting edge. SOLUTION: Blade pressing screws 17 axially extended in parallel with the blade fixing screws 14 are internally fitted to a plurality of portions of the blade holder 13 leaving gaps around the axis so as to be axially movable, that is, so as to enable tip parts of the blade pressing screws 17 to be pressed against and engaged with side end face part of the body part of the blade 12 opposing to side end face of the blade holder 13.
