PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an open drying tool which can quickly dry washing and can dry easily and in a large quantity. SOLUTION: The open drying tool has many rib members 2 (13) which are pivoted at a predetermined distance and the rib members 2 (13) are held, in a state of inclining fully upward from a level status. Two rib members 2 are employed to perform open drying, by passing the washing through them or in the case of one rib member 13, its width is set to 25 mm or larger, to perform open drying by passing the washing through this.
