<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonizing kiln having a dual structure of an inner kiln and an outer kiln, in which carbon material is put in the inner kiln and charcoal or wood dusts are put between the inner/outer kilns as fuel, and carbonizing by using little fossil fuel, which means using for ignition, for example. <P>SOLUTION: The inner kiln 5 is provided inside the outer kiln 2 to form a dual kiln. Material to be carbonized is put in the inner kiln 5 to keep airtightness. The fuel is put between the outer kiln 2 and the inner kiln 5. Flame of a burner is made to contact with an opening part on a pipe end and sucked by a fan 26 of a chimney stack 27, which heats a pipe. The heat of the pipe or hot blast of the flame ignites the fuel. After the ignition of the fuel, combustion is made to continue by suction of the fan 26. After carbonizing by satisfactory combustion, the kiln is plugged to shut out air and cooled down, and charcoal is taken out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
