PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe curing catalyst for an organic polymer, having a practical curing rate, functioning stably, and manufacturable inexpensively, and a moisture-curable organic polymer composition containing the catalyst. SOLUTION: This curing catalyst B for the organic polymer contains an aluminum compound obtained by bringing a trialkoxy aluminum expressed by general formula (I): Al(OR<SP>1</SP>)<SB>3</SB>where R<SP>1</SP>represents a 1-10C alkyl group, and R<SP>1</SP>may be same or different from each other, into reaction with a diol compound expressed by general formula (II):HO-R<SP>2</SP>-OH where R<SP>2</SP>represents a 2-10C alkylene, alkenylene or alkynylene group, and/or a diol compound expressed by general formula (III): HO-R<SP>3</SP>-Y where R<SP>3</SP>represents a 2-10C alkylene, Y represents a group expressed by formula: -OR<SP>4</SP>, or a group expressed by formula: -NR<SP>5</SP>R<SP>6</SP>, R<SP>4</SP>represents a 1-10C alkyl group or aryl group, and R<SP>5</SP>and R<SP>6</SP>may be same or different and each represents hydrogen or a 1-10C alkyl group, and the catalyst B has at least one silicon atom bonded with a hydrolyzable group per one molecule in a molecular terminal or in a side chain, and is used for curing the organic polymer A1 having carbon atom in its main chain, or an organo-polysiloxane [A2].
