PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide preliminary actuation type sprinkler equipment which has a means of water disposal which can be started by using no electrical means to start this means of water disposal in the means of water disposal to start when a sprinkler head malfunctions. SOLUTION: A primary side is connected to a water supply source 1. A sprinkler head 4 is placed on a secondary side. In cases where the secondary pressure of an on-off valve 3 which is opened by the actuation of a fire detector 21 placed near this sprinkler head 4 falls below the primary pressure, a means of water disposal 5 to discharge secondary liquid is provided. Further, when the secondary pressure of an open valve 3 falls below the second pressure which is higher than the first pressure, a means of decompression circulation which can pass water from the primary side to the secondary side is provided.
