METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ALLOCATING RESOURCE PEER TO PEER COMUNUCATION IN WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A resource allocation method for the peer-to-peer communication in a mobile communication system and a system therefor are provided to allocate the resources for the peer-to-peer communication, efficiently. A master terminal periodically receives resource allocation information from a serving base station and neighboring base stations(200), scans the neighboring base stations by analyzing the resource allocation information(202), and then transmits a spatial reuse information message to the serving base station(204). The serving base station exchanges the resource allocation information with the neighboring base stations(206), assigns resources, and then provides updated resource allocation information to the master terminal(208).
