FIELD: construction industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the field of machine-building industry. From general system of pipelines, pipeline sections with connected to them devices and flange-mounted fitting subject to periodic replacement as per maintenance rules are distinguished. Within limits of distinguished sections fixation of flange butt joints, which provide disengagement of pipelines sections with devices and replaceable fixtures, their put into and removal from production process during preventive repair work, is performed. During pipelines mounting and preventive repair work interflange compensator is used for installation between flanges in each fixed flange butt joint; compensator is designed as ring with sealing gaskets from its both sides. Total thickness of interflange compensator is not less than thickness, specified in working rules, of kit of standard blind with gaskets. Distance from flange butt joint to interflange compensator to first support under pipe is within limits from half to two outer diametres of mentioned flanges, and vertical sections of pipelines are provided with devices relieving pipelines from proper weight. ^ EFFECT: invention simplifies repair works for pipelines maintenance. ^ 5 cl, 1 dwg |
