The present invention relates to a clear paint composition with excellent antifouling properties. In the composition, a mixture composed of an acrylic polyol resin having a specific value of a hydroxyl group and a polyester polyol resin is used as a main component, and a reactive silicone additive showing compatibility to both the polyol resin and an isocyanate curing agent is further contained, thereby offering a coating film with water- and oil- repellency. More specifically, the present invention relates to a clear paint composition which has excellent antifouling properties resistant to contamination as well as outstanding easy-cleanability to remove pollutants when washing vehicles.
