Provided is a silicone resin composition which provides a cured product having high transparency and refractive index, and excellent adhesive strength, heat resistance, mechanical properties, gas impermeability, and cohesionless surface. The silicone resin composition of the present invention comprises: (A) organopolysiloxane having an alkenyl group bonded to at least two silicon atoms within a molecule, and having viscosity of 10-1,000,000 mPa·s at 25°C; (B) organopolysiloxane including a SiO4/2 unit, a (R1)2SiO2/2 unit, and a (R2)3SiO1/2 unit; organohydrogen polysiloxane having hydrogen atoms bonded to at least two silicon element within a molecule; and (D) a metal-based catalyst from the platinum group. |
