The present invention relates to a device to automatically and consecutively separate cutting chips and cutting oil. The present invention comprises: a frame of which upper surface and side surface are opened, and including a space having a predetermined depth; a cutting oil receiver of which upper surface is opened, installed on both upper sides of the frame to be rotatable by including an operational rotating shaft on both opposite side surfaces, and including an actuator on one side of the rotating shaft to rotate the rotating shaft and an outlet installed on the inner floor to be connected to the outside; a rotating drum installed inside the cutting oil receiver, rotating at an ultrahigh speed by receiving rotational force of an operating member, and including multiple through holes on the surface; a cutting chip collector moving to the inside through a lower side surface of the frame to be placed in the bottom of the rotating drum; and a cutting oil collector installed inside the frame to collect cutting oil discharged from the outlet of the cutting oil receiver. Therefore, the present invention is capable of preventing environmental pollution and bringing economical effects by individually collecting cutting chips and cutting oil, which are generated from a processing procedure, by effectively separating the cutting chips and the oil. |
