The present invention relates to waterproof lightweight tile cement mortar composition and a method of applying a tile on a concrete structure using the same. The waterproof lightweight tile cement mortar composition includes cement binder of 5 w% to 50 w%, fine aggregate of 5 w% to 90 w%, performance improvement admixture of 0.01 w% to 20 w% and water of 0.1 w% to 20 w%. The performance improvement admixture includes polyvinyl acetate butyl acrylate of 40 w% to 99 w%, polymethacrylonitrile of 0.1 w% to 20 w%, polyacrylonitrile of 0.1 w% to 20 w%, tetrafluoroethylene of 0.01 w% to 20 w%, cellulose acetate butyrate of 0.01 w% to 20 w%, and polyethylene oxide of 0.01 w% to 15 w%. According to the present invention, the waterproof lightweight tile cement mortar composition has excellent sag resistance, solidity, durability, waterproof, antifouling, antiseptic, salt resistance, acid resistance and airtightness properties so that, a tile used for a bottom material of a purification plant, a distribution reservoir, a structure of a terminal disposal plant of sewage, a repairing structure, an underwater structure, a underground structure a tunnel structure, a side wall and a ceiling may be prevented from chemically corroding, thereby greatly reducing the maintenance cost. |
