PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object positioning fixing device which can improve horizontal direction positioning accuracy, simplify and downsize a structure of a reference member to reduce manufacturing costs, simplify and quicken replacement of object bodies with respect to a base member, and the like.SOLUTION: In a positioning fixing device 1, a fixing mechanism 7 is provided with: a pull rod member 30 which projects downward from a pallet 3 and is engaged with the pallet 3 in the way that a driving force can be transmitted to be inserted through a first rod insertion hole 11 and a second rod insertion hole 16; a cylinder member 31 attached to a base member 2; an output member 32 which is retractably attached to the cylinder member 31 and in which the pull rod member 30 is inserted; a ball lock mechanism 33 which connects the pull rod member 30 and the output member 32 by advancement/retraction of the output member 32 in a cancelable manner; and a first driving mechanism 34 which connects the pull rod member 30 and the output member 32 via the ball lock mechanism 33 and drives the output member 32 in the way that the pallet 3 is attracted to the base member 2. |
