1. An aqueous drag reducing composition comprising:
from about 10%-45% of a finely divided solid polyolefin, friction reducing agent formed from monoolefins containing from 2 to 30 carbon atoms; 0.1-5% by weight of a hydrophobic polyelectrolyte dispersion agent comprising a polycarboxylate having a general formula; wherein R1 and R2 are independently H+ or methyl,wherein R3 is an alkyl group having from 1 to 3 carbon atoms,wherein x and y are integers which can be the same or different, the sum of x and y being from 10 to 700, andwherein M+ is an ammonium ion; and an aqueous suspending medium.
