a base material; and an ink-receiving layer comprising
an inorganic particle including a structure represented by General Formula (1), anda binder being a polyvinyl alcohol or a polyvinyl alcohol derivative, wherein the structure represented by General Formula (1) is bonded to a surface of the inorganic particle at a position marked with *, and wherein, in General Formula (1), X represents any one of an alkoxy group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, an aryloxy group, an acetoxy group, a halogen atom, a hydrogen atom, a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, and —O—*, Y represents a structure including two or more hydroxyl groups, at least one of the two or more hydroxyl groups being a primary hydroxyl group, and n is 1, 2, or 3. |
