<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass run capable of effectively preventing deviation movement caused by opening/closing of door glass. <P>SOLUTION: The glass run is mounted to a sash provided on a door frame of an automobile. The glass run includes a base bottom part 11 and side wall parts 12, 13; seal lips 15, 16 for sealing a clearance between the door glass and it; and an expansion/contraction part 14 provided on the base bottom part 11 and expandable/contractable in an outdoor/indoor direction. Further, a pair of projections 31a, 31b integrated when the expansion/contraction part is contracted is provided on the base bottom part and is abutted or approached to a sash upper end part or a sash opening part at assembling. Accordingly, the deviation movement is prevented by engaging an engagement projection with a sash end edge when deviation stress is generated at opening/closing of the door glass. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
