PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug-introduced glycosaminoglycan derivative in which the introduced-drug is liberated at an appropriate speed in accordance with the applicable disease.SOLUTION: Provided is a glycosaminoglycan derivative obtained by linking a hyaluronic acid-derived group and a diclofenac-derived group by covalent linkage via a spacer, and in which the diclofenac-derived group and spacer are covalently bonded by an ester linkage, and the hyaluronic acid-derived group and spacer are covalently bonded by an amide linkage, and in which the spacer is a 2-valent group derived from aminoalcohol represented by the following general formula (IIa). -HN-CH-CH(CH)-O- (IIa).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
