The device has a toothed wheel (13) coupled to a screw (5), and a spring blade (14) actuated by a slide valve (11) to move between two positions. The blade is engaged between teeth of the wheel in one position, to prevent rotation of the screw in a reverse direction after skewering or detaching operation of a circuit-breaker. The blade is released from the wheel in another position, to enable the screw rotation. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a circuit breaker having a locking device of a propulsion device (b) an electric sectioning carrier connecting set of upper bars or lower bars to a cable. |
