PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introducer sheath set capable of performing, for example, a procedure using a catheter easily and smoothly.SOLUTION: An introducer sheath set 10 comprises: a guide member 4 having a long wire body 41 with flexibility, and an expanded diameter part 42 which is provided at a predetermined position in a longitudinal direction of the wire body 41, and whose outer diameter is expanded; and a tubular introducer sheath 1 which has a tip opening 22, and into which the guide member 4 is inserted from a base end side. The introducer sheath set is inserted into a blood vessel from a distal end side in an assembled state where the introducer sheath set is assembled by inserting the guide member 4 into the introducer sheath 1. The expanded diameter part 42 functions as a mitigation part which mitigates a step between an outer peripheral part of the wire body 41 and an outer peripheral part of the introducer sheath 1 in the assembled state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
